No Show Policy/Late or Tardiness/Service Timing/Pricing Structure/Refunds/Minors and Services/Payment Options

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for any services, we take pride in doing all we can to ensure our guests look and feel their best. Please contact your service provider if you have any questions or comments on your finished look.

CANCELATIONS AND TARDINESS:In order to give our guests the best possible service and appointment times we have a strict 24 hour cancelation/ no show policy. We require a credit on file for all services. If in the event of a last minute cancellation/no show, the card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service price, no exceptions. Time is very valuable to our community!

SERVICE TIMING AND PRICING: It’s important to us that we are clear and consise about our pricing structures. We are a level salon, which means, the more you pay the more experience and professionalism you receive.

Junior Stylists have a lower price point and longer service times with under 5 years of salon experience. They are building skills that support an efficient and successful career. Senior Stylists have a mid price range with greater than 5 years of experience and advance training on KEUNE Academy. Their service times are more efficient and have greater knowledge of advance salon concepts. Master Stylists Have greater than 15 years of experience with a higher price point for the extended knowledge and professional hands on experience. This type of provider offers most efficient service times.

MINORS: All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the consultation for any service.

PAYMENT: All services must be paid in full. Credit Card capture required for all services. We accept all forms of payment including Tap Pay. Gratuity is not permitted on credit/debit cards.

Cash Incentive: We offer all guests 3% off any cash purchase. This includes all services and product purchases.
