All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the consultation for any service.

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for any services, we take pride in doing all we can to ensure our guests look and feel their best. Please contact your service provider if you have any questions or comments on your finished look.

CANCELATIONS AND TARDINESS:In order to give our guests the best possible service and appointment times we have a strict 24 hour cancelation/ no show policy. We require a credit on file for all services. If in the event of a last minute cancellation/no show, the card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service price, no exceptions.]

Be courteous to our staff and other guests and show up promptly on time. Any tardiness over 15 minutes may result in a reschedule or %50 charge of your appointment. Time is very valuable to our community!

PAYMENT: All services must be paid in full. Credit Card capture required for all services. We accept all forms of payment including Apple Pay. Gratuity is not permitted on credit/debit cards.
